Everything was perfect

Only location because of Tuyap exhibition center.

Need to make some renovation. Especially in showers. All equipment is broken. Hair dryer is from my grandfathers time. No anyhygienic accessories. No bathrobe. Even in lobby there is no amy shoe cleaning machines. It is elementary things should be in every respected hotels. Tower always moving like earthquake. If staff makes cleaning upstairs, you can easily hear from your room.

Rooms was clean .

Elevator was disaster with this card control. Many people don't know how to use it and few time I need to explain to other guests also what to do with that. You can be stack inside..

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast needs much improvement on the variety and the freshness.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking but it smiled smoking room.

The rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed in rooms with good city view.

Whenever I tried to order any food from outside, they bugged me, many times, saying it was forbidden. I told them that I don't like what is in thier menu, and that I will pickup my food outside the hotel, so why so they care? What does it mean that I can't order food?One security guy said answered to me that there is a restaurant inside, that's why. It was really annoying and very inconsiderate.

The bed is good. Spacious room. Nice view

There is no coffee in the room which is so strange. I asked the receptionist why there is no coffee in the room. The answer was she doesn’t know which is very weird answer.

Staff at our arrival was good. Break fast was good. We did ask for late checkout that Ayse in front desk help and gave us the late checkout. In total we were OK. But our room when we checked in did not have everything ready for 2 pelple. I was traveling with my SON (14 years OLD).

At our checked into the room, it was very hot. So we did ask to checge the temp. Also, room was ot set ready for 2 people like towels ect.

Room was not cleaned. Shower didn’t worked. Hotel staff not helpful.

Dirty rooms

It was an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul-Avcilar. The staff was so kind and helpful. It is a positive thing that the hotel is near the train station. You can also find a breakfast cafe near the hotel just one street down. I will come back if it's possible again. So I recommend this hotel with fair prices.

They have upgraded our room. That is very kind of them. However, there was only 1 set of slippers and towels in the room where we booked for 2 adults. We mentioned this whilst we were checking out. Free car park is very helpful.

Passable

I`ve requested taxi to airport and I was told it`s sorted and will pick me up from the hotel in the morning. So it was, but taxi took me to wrong airport and hotel staff didn`t take the responsibility. I nearly missed my flight =[

Good hotel, but nothing special. Very close to the Tüyap congress centre which is great. Besides that, there is absolutely nothing else to do or see near the Hotel. Hotel is very clean, but compared to other Double tree hotels it’s in general below average. If visiting Istanbul only to attend an event at Tuyap, its location wise the best hotel of this class you can find.

Breakfast is mediocre and restaurant food is terrible and overpriced.

I was at a business trip for the TUYAP fair (Expo) - the location and all the services were great. Breakfast was also tasty and variable. Friendly staff and cleanness of the rooms. Overall - better than expected

We had an early flight - I've requested in advance an early check-in. But due to overbook and high demand at that time - it was impossible. Nevertheless the staff was friendly and brought some fruits and a cake after the check-in.

King size bed...clean good hotel also good location

First we didnt like that when we try to use some of the higen kit we realize that are uset before... we reported to the reception and leave on meeting after that it wos same situation.... i feel bad... its not look like hilton..also breakfast very poor....maybe it is ok for domestic people but not for forigener....

Location is very far from center, the water bowl in washroom stuck and there was long metal bar in room caused the stay is inconvenient, they charged me for valet parking which is not clarified in booking

Rude staff, toilet stank up the whole room and they did not rectify the situation. They did not clean my room in the 2 days I was there and asked to leave early. Manager blamed it on the hotel being too busy and charged me for an extra night to leave. This is the worst hotel to stay at!

I like how spacious the rooms were, the view into the city is also great, and parking for your car is useful.

Was confused by how it was not clear how much and who will be charged for breakfast.There are large metal beams inside the rooms that are not very safe especially with their bolts exposed if you have children.
